  • Tower classes combine mat exercises with the use of springs resistance on the wall unit apparatus. These classes are designed for the level of the group and focus on strengthening the core, glutes, and upper back muscles while simultaneously stretching your muscles with precision and control. The use of apparatus knowledge is required for safety reasons and class numbers are limited.
