Laiza has always loved being active and has practised several different sports such as swimming, jazz dance and Brazilian martial arts, capoeira. Laiza has a degree in Physiotherapy and has worked in leading orthopaedics and sports physio clinics in Brazil. In 2002 after she graduated with a post graduation degree in Biomechanics she was introduced to the Pilates method and was hooked from day one. Her first Pilates teacher training was in 2003. She then moved to New Zealand and pursued her career as a pilates instructor. Laiza went through her second pilates training and is part of the foundation group of instructors trained at Pilates Unlimited training Centre in 2009. She loves to help people to recover from injuries but also she is fascinated about showing her clients through the pilates method the possibilities of movements the body can do are unlimited.

Ray has been teaching at Pilates Unlimited since 2003 where he had the pleasure of meeting Master Teacher Romana Kryzanowska.

He has a background as a massage Therapist and a Personal Trainer.

Ray loves playing golf, watching most sports and spending time with his family and friends.

He finds nothing better than seeing the positive results Pilates has on both the mind and body of his clients and to ensure they and himself continue to benefit from it he attends NZ and overseas Pilates workshops whenever possible.

Harriette has been teaching at Pilates Unlimited since 2011. Her training was completed under Cynthia Lochard (Level 1, Grand Master Teacher Trainer). Harriette has continued her Romana’s Pilates education attending many conferences, workshops and lessons both here at the Pilates Unlimited training centre and overseas.

Harriette has a background in dance, equestrian (dressage) and speed skating.

Natti has been teaching at Pilates Unlimited Studio since 2017, assisting clients of all ages and abilities She has been a Pilates teacher for over 12 years. She graduated from the University of Sao Paulo in 2008 with a post-graduate degree in Movement, Training, and Rehabilitation, following her undergraduate degree in Physiotherapy. Natti is commitment to teach people to move better, and feel they can improve their abilities, consequently finding the best version of themselves. Natalia has untold passion and commitment to the Contrology method and the freedom it brings to bodies of all shapes and sizes. Natti loves sharing this knowledge with all her clients.

Rose studied Performing Arts and devoted her acting career to exploring the art of movement. She performed in musicals in New York, Chile and Argentina. Rose discovered Pilates in 2006 while she was training in a circus academy. She found pilates helpful and complementary the her circus performance. Her love for Pilates grew throughout the years and became her most valuable and reliable tool in supporting her busy lifestyle and career while travelling around the world. She became a Certified Romana’s Pilates Instructor in 2018. Rose has a vibrant yet warm and caring personality. She’ll challenge clients session after session, making sure to celebrate the big and small achievements along the way, keeping them inspired and always wanting to learn more.
